Return & Exchange Policy

Need to return an item?
You have 12 days to request a refund:  To return an item please email our Customer Service Department for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, at CUSTOMERSERVICE@THESUPPLYCABINET.COM.  An RMA number is required to get credit for the return.  All returns must be requested via email within 12 days of delivery to you.  Any request processed after the 12th day will be given a store credit towards a future purchase.  We do not accept returns after the 30th day.  Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Your return shipping costs are not refunded.  Please email us at: CustomerService@TheSupplyCabinet.com and request an RMA.



Need to exchange an item?
You have 5 days to request a FREE exchange:  We will exchange your item with a free replacement (or issue you a refund at our discretion) if your item arrives damaged or defective.  This exchange policy covers the first 5 days of ownership.
